Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept returns or exchanges, or give refunds. Before ordering, please use the size charts in the listing to ensure your orders will be correct. If you have questions regarding a size please contact us before placing order and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Once order is received please notify us if something appears to be wrong with 48 hrs. Refunds will only be given if we made an error in the monogramming, or applique on the item that is different from the information that you provided to us in the notes section when purchased. Thank you

Rush My Order

If you are in need of and item before our current turn around time please add $10.00 extra to your order. Please send us a message first to ensure that we can accommodate your request. Note: each item purchased that will need a rush fee will need to have $10 extra. ex.. 2 items = $20
This will not speed up pre-order times. This is only for Rush orders that are in our shop. If you would like any items to be shipped next day please message us first.

Custom and personalized orders

We would love to work with you on customizing your order. We can work with almost anything. Please send a message and we will be glad to work with you on your custom order.

Canceling an oder

You may only cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering it. Please contact us if you need to cancel your order. Restocking fees may apply to customers who wish to cancel their order ONLY IF the order has not begun processing. If processing has begun , it will be up to owners discretion as to whether or not to approve the cancellation request. After 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure you are aware of the turn around time for the item you are purchasing before you order. Please send us a message if you have any questions about an item before ordering. Thank you.

Shipping

Once the payment has been cleared . Your project can begin. Our turn around time is usually 3-4 weeks on in stock items. Pre-order items will take longer, usually around 4-6 weeks for us to receive the inventory, then about a week to begin the embroidery or monograming process. Please check our shop's main page for our current turn around time. We will do our best to complete your order in a timely manner. Need your item sooner? Please purchase the "Rush My Custom Order" to your cart along with your order. First, message us if you need your item sooner, and we will see if we can accommodate your wishes.

Damaged Items

Living Our Dreams Crafts Will NOT be responsible for packages once they leave our shop, because it is in the possession of the USPS. We cannot control or responsible for any USPS delays. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We cannot issue refunds, store credits, or make a new item for free in these unfortunate cases. You will have to speak with your local USPS office. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. Please use the tracking information to keep track of your package. Also, NOTE that during Holidays or Weather Conditions it could take longer for your package to arrive depending on the time of year.

Delayed Orders

Please leave all the necessary information needed as stated in the listing in the notes section at the time of check out. If there is missing information, there will be a delay in your order. We will contact you if we notice that there is missing information or incorrect information on your order, or if we have a questions pertaining to your order. It is up to you to check your Etsy Conversations/Messages on a regular basis. Any delay in replying to us with the information needed will cause a delay in completing your order. If this delay causes your order not to arrive in the time frame that you needed it by, we CANNOT issue you a refund, store credit, exchange, or make a new item for free.
